“We had such a memorable dinner Wednesday night, we returned Saturday night and I ordered the same exact dinner! The kale salad was so delicious and the Ricotta Gnudi is a must taste. My daughter had the Herb Tagliatelle that she enjoyed and took a photo of! Their pastas are all homemade.... The service was excellent both nights. We had Angela Saturday night who was exceptional. “Went there strictly on the charm of the Red Lion- where it truly oozes with history/charm. Tucking into one of the rooms with a roaring inviting fireplace, we knew that we were likely in for something special. When we saw ricotta gnudi on the menu, fiddlehead ferns and other non-run-of-the-mill dishes, we figured that the chef was well-trained, creative, and clearly James Beard quality. Sure enough - Barbara Lynch… and Ken Oringer were his gurus and the menu and the execution confirmed his chops. Fantastic.
